1. Use of Our Content

Public materials (e.g., blog posts, public podcast episodes) may be shared non-commercially, with credit to Lion & Serpent. You may not modify content, claim it as your own, or sell it without permission.
1.2 Restricted Content (Paid, Private, or Downloaded)
Materials provided through memberships, exclusive podcasts, PDFs, workshops, meditations, rituals, artwork, or downloads are restricted content.
You receive personal access only. You do not receive ownership or licensing rights.
You may not:
- Share restricted files publicly or privately
- Reproduce, post, or upload them elsewhere
- Use them to teach, resell, or create derivative works
- Keep or store files after subscription access ends
1.3 Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All symbols, sigils, graphics, logos, and thematic artwork associated with Lion & Serpent are the property of Lion & Serpent and/or their respective creators (including Black Adam and El Goliath).
You may not:
- Use sigils, logos, or graphics in your own magical, commercial, or teaching work
- Sell or reproduce any art, sigil, or graphic asset
- Claim symbolic or ritual ownership over these designs
We reserve all intellectual and metaphysical rights to proprietary symbols and artwork.
2. Membership, Licensing, and Commercial Restrictions
Paid access grants temporary use only, similar to a library or streaming service. You may not use our content to build your own programs, identity, business, or product without explicit written permission.
If you wish to collaborate, license, or use content commercially, contact us directly.
3. No Medical, Legal, or Psychological Guarantee
Lion & Serpent provides symbolic, philosophical, artistic, and metaphysical instruction. We do not offer medical, psychological, or legal treatment.
Nothing we teach should be interpreted as:
- A substitute for therapy
- A medical diagnosis or treatment
- Financial, health, or legal advice
You are responsible for your own interpretations and applications.
4. Ritual, Somatic, and Spiritual Liability Disclaimer
Certain practices involve embodiment, breathwork, trance, introspection, sexuality, or symbolic ritual. These may evoke emotional, physical, or spiritual responses.
By engaging with our content, you agree that:
- You participate voluntarily
- You are responsible for your physical and psychological safety
- You will seek professional support when appropriate
- Your results cannot be guaranteed
Lion & Serpent is not liable for outcomes arising from the use or misuse of our teachings.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Patreon
Membership charges through Patreon are governed directly by Patreon's policies. We cannot issue refunds for Patreon subscription payments, failed cancellations, billing errors, or tier changes.
All Patreon billing disputes must be handled through Patreon.
5.2 Digital Downloads & Exclusive Content
All digital files, artwork, courses, PDFs, meditations, and paid content are non-refundable once delivered, including mistaken purchases.
Accessing or downloading a file constitutes delivery.
5.3 Events, Workshops, and Livestreams
Refunds for events (digital or in-person) are offered only at our discretion, unless otherwise stated at purchase time.
6. Community Code of Conduct
This applies to all Lion & Serpent spaces, including future forums, Discord servers, Telegram groups, comment sections, and live chat.
You agree to:
- Respect others' privacy and anonymity
- Not harass, insult, or target others
- Avoid sharing others' personal information
- Not promote hate, violence, or illegal activity
- Not plagiarize or sell spiritual services using our work
We reserve the right to remove anyone for harmful behavior or violation of these terms without refund.
7. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate:
- Copyright or IP protections
- Sharing or redistribution rules
- Community conduct standards
- Laws in your jurisdiction
Termination due to violations does not qualify for refunds.
8. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to change, update, or remove content, membership benefits, or platform features at any time. Content may be archived, rotated, or retired without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
10. Practitioner Status & Personal Discernment
El Goliath and Black Adam are not gurus, authorities, or certified spiritual leaders. They are practitioners, researchers, and seekers who share knowledge based on personal experience, study, and experimentation. They do not claim to possess ultimate answers, universal truths, or definitive solutions.
All teachings, discussions, or interpretations provided through Lion & Serpent should be approached with discernment, critical thinking, and personal responsibility. You are encouraged to evaluate all information in the context of your own life, beliefs, well-being, and ethical judgment.
By engaging with our content, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the material.
- You will not treat our perspectives as doctrine, commandment, or professional advice.
